Refund policy
- We want you to be very happy with your purchased Wes Doodle print
- If you have any concerns or issues with your order please email info@wesdoodle.com in the first instance and we will do all we can to make things better.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return the print within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact for return instructions.
- If your print is damaged in transit a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. Please contact via email above. We may ask you to provide photo evidence of any damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Framing
All prints are sold as unframed. Please do not purchase if you expect your prints to arrive framed. We can not offer framing as an extra at the moment unfortunately. However, if the customer expected the prints to be framed and wishes to return then a full refund will be given in accordance with this refund policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
