- At the moment due to time constraints we can’t accept custom orders but always happy to hear of suggestions for new ones. These will be started after Christmas.
- All our prints are sold as unframed. We also do not sell frames separately at this time.
- If you haven’t received an email please check your spam folder. It’s usually there. Other reasons can be that the email you gave was incorrect or you registered your mobile rather than email when you ordered.
- Yes-you can request a few changes to lyrics so you can get your favorite songs/ lines in. There is no extra charge for this although it can take a little longer to fulfill your order.
- Shipping should take 4-5 working days from ordering to receiving your order but at the moment there are strike affect Royal Mail so unfortunately some orders are taking a little longer.
- The ‘Chat with Us’ button on every page is the best way to contact us as even if we can’t answer straight away we will get back to you and a message will be sent to your email.
